Garth's Celebration BBQ Chicken has been the focal point of this page for quite a while. I couldn't help but notice that people have visited the chicken recipe far more often then they've ever visited one of my pieces! And I can't blame them. I believe the recipe to have a broad, cross-generational, cross-cultural appeal. In other words, a wide variety of people find it delicious. And you all can still find it here.
